Ifeoma's Story
In this exercise, we will share a story of a patient or family member with a complex, multi-jurisdictional concern trying to navigate their concern within a system. In the absence of a centralized system, this individual will begin this journey by having to decide who to contact for help. The purpose of this exercise is to understand the complexity patients and their families face when trying to navigate a complex system and how centralized systems might improve access and assignment to the right authority to provide support or investigate and resolve.
